What is the Take Back Watertown PAC?Political Action Committee (PAC) — A popular term for a political committee organized for the purpose of raising and spending money to elect and defeat candidates. The Take Back Watertown PAC has established a separate segregated fund described in IRS section 527(f)(3) set up by R545.Org Corporation, a section 501(c) organization. We are organized and operated primarily for the purpose of accepting contributions or making expenditures, or both, to influence the selection, nomination, election, or appointment of any individual to any public office or office in a political organization, or the election of Presidential or Vice Presidential electors. Take Back Watertown PACs represent the interests of residence in the City of Watertown Wisconsin. A PAC can give $5,000 to a candidate committee per election (primary, general or special). They can also give up to $15,000 annually to any national party committee, and $5,000 annually to any other PAC. PACs may receive up to $5,000 from any one individual, PAC or party committee per calendar year.
